Intracerebroventricular delivery of siAAH retards body and brain growth. P2 Long Evans rat pups were administered intracerebro-ventricular injections of siRNA targeting AAH (siAAH) or no specific gene (siScr). Body weights were measured over the course of the experiment, and brain weights were obtained at the time of sacrifice. (A) Mean ± S.D. body weight measured on postnatal days (P) 2, 9, 21, and 35.
