In control group, neurons had distinct outline and cytoplasm with uniform chromatin; while the morphology of neurons in model group were irregular with uneven distribution of chromatin and dissolved cytoplasm vacuoles; the damage of neurons in treated group was milder than that in model group, and only some slightly gathered chromatin and a small amount of dissolved cytoplasm can be found.
