Comparison of the total volumes of the CA1 pyramidal cell layer and the granule cell layer of the dentate gyrus between control and gestationally isoflurane-exposed groups. No significant differences were detected in either of the volumes between the two groups (P = 0.20 and 0.40, a, b, respectively). Data were analyzed using Student’s t-test and expressed as mean ± S.D
