Effects of Naringin on IL-1β,IL-6 mRNA expression in the hippocampus of CCL2-treated rats. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis of messenger (m)RNA levels. Relative expression of: a IL-1βmRNA and b IL-6mRNA. qPCR analysis showed increased expression of IL-1β,IL-6 mRNA in Hippocampus of CCL2 rats. This result showing that Naringin significantly decreased expression of IL-1β, IL-6 mRNA in CCL2group rat.The experiments were repeated four times independently. Values are expressed as mean ± SEM, n = 4 (#P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01 vs sham, *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs CCL2)
