For P3a, a significant main effect of validity differences indicated an increased P3a-activity for the invalid condition independent of cueing type (see blue activity color). For P3b, validity effects were only significant for the double neutral condition (VN/FN) and indicated a reverse validity difference with increased valid activity (see orange activity color). For LPC, validity differences were only present in the double fear condition (VF/FF) increasing for the invalid versus valid condition
