The effect of DLPhtEtn on spatial learning and memory. (A) Water maze test was carried out in SAMR1 and SAMP8 mice after oral administration with PEG or DLPhtEtn (1 mg/kg) for 7 months, and the acquisition latency was measured. Values represent the mean (± SEM) acquisition latency from 2-day block (n = 5 for SAMR1 mice treated with PEG, 10 for SAMP8 mice treated with PEG, and 7 for SAMP8 mice treated with DLPhtEtn).
