  1. FNTG: Female non-transgenic littermates FTG: Female transgenic mice; MNTG: Male non-transgenic littermates; MTG: Male transgenic mice; StDev: standard deviation. A one tailed T-test was performed to assess the significance of each measured difference. When the variation of the two groups was the same we relied on the homoscedastic T-test, otherwise we used the heteroscedastic T-test. Mouse activity was measured in pixels per mouse frame (px/ms.fr).
