(B) Each column represents mean value ± SEM of accumulated locomotion performance. Vitamin A depletion mice showed significantly more locomotion from 65 to 180 minutes (***P < 0.001, t-test). There is no significant difference between vitamin A depletion and control mice in the first 65 minutes. (C) Vitamin A depletion mice had significantly less MK-801 induced hyperlocomotion in the first 65 minutes (*P < 0.05, t-test). There was no significant difference in MK-801 induced hyperlocomotion between vitamin A depletion and control mice from 65 to 180 minutes.
